Satisfaction Guaranteed Green Gween guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every order. Flowers sent are subject to seasonal availability and may differ slightly from those featured. Where possible the particular container or basket shown will be supplied. Should these not be available, alternative containers or baskets of a similar value will be substituted. We reserve the right to replace any item with another of equivalent or higher value depending on stock availability. Delivery Instruction Same day delivery is available for orders placed before 2.00 p.m. on weekdays or 11.00 a.m. on Saturdays. Deliveries are not available on Sundays and Public Holidays. Delivery will be made on the date requested. Delivery at specific times of the day may be requested but not guaranteed. But however, every effort will be made to meet such requests. If your delivery is urgent, contact us for advice on delivery availability. International Deliveries International deliveries service may be affected by local conditions. Deliveries are made available between 24 hours to 36 hours upon confirmation of orders, depending on time zones and local conditions.
